All the talk of "love is love" and "marriage equality" and "freedom to marry" is wonderfully distracting from the theft our main objective. The masses are blissfully unaware that we are actually trading them one thing for another. It's a "quid pro quo" transaction.... a barter! We're stealing from them allowing them to atone for their guilt at being mean to gay people! You see, henceforth, they must relinquish the ideal that every child is entitled to a mother and a father, so that gays can marry. As faithful Party members know, the bourgeois institution of "family" must be eliminated, and what better way to strike at the very heart of "family" than by removing the words "mother and father" from the legal code? Canada got away with this in 2005, and France is on it's way there. It may take us a little while longer to implement this than we want, but I have full confidence we'll get there:

As long as we can keep the masses worried about what Kim Kardashian is doing, Comrade Michelle Obama's bangs, and other trifles, we will have no trouble gaining control of the definition of "marriage" and "family." And never forget to encourage your friends and family that "the marriage issue really isn't that big of a deal." Bill O'Reilly recently said as much. It's clear we are making excellent progress on this front.

Regardless of what our opposition claims, my dear comrades, never forget that gender-neutral language is our goal. It's ambiguous, doesn't rely on horrid concept of "natural law," and is completely subjective. Gender-neutral language is our friend!

The liberal media is all astir over the new Pope looking less traditional. Although too early to say for certain, maybe the Catholic Church can now alter some of those old stick-in-the-mud positions. Certainly the Deity was surprised when "science" discovered that our homo sexual friends were genetically programmed with gay genes. Science did discover that, right? Maybe I'm overstating the position. In an case, maybe we will finally see the wisdom in embracing gay priests and happy gay Catholic couples.

And can't we all agree that if God could have foreseen how lucrative pornography would become in our future Internet world he would have loosened up on those rigid sexual immorality mandates? The church needs perpetual funding, does it not? Can Our Mother of Chastity look forward to a new title and role, for the good of the Church and thanks to some future theological adjustment?

My lawyer will make the vows on behalf of my stuff, and since City Hall is run by his friends, should be easy.
