Comrades, we must acknowledge that Nanski's intentions were good. Maxi-pad Waters (aka: Mop-n-Glow) is on the House Banking Committee and she has no understanding of the Fed. discount rate which she believes to be the basis for mortgage rates. Mortgage rates are tied to the ten year note, not the prime rate.

However if she wants to know who is responsible for inflation she need look no farther than the nearest mirror. It was her Congressional friends who went on a spending spree and her boy Obama who chose to pay for it by printing money. The result of that is inflation and a weak dollar.

She doesn't appear to be any smarter than the proud but illiterate imbeciles who keep sending her to Congress to represent them.

I really feel for Maxie Waters. Her obtuseness is legendary. I remember watching a Banking Committee hearing during the mid-90s; it was after the Kleptocrats' 1994 meltdown and Jim Leach was chairman. She and Vermont commie Bernie Sanders (he was still in the House then) showed themselves for the assholes they are, sitting there making snide remarks while other people were trying to talk. You could tell they just couldn't stand it to be in the minority for the first time in their lives. Here's hoping they find out again soon.

This is why I have to laugh whenever some idiot talks about government being able to run anything. Waters has been on the effing Banking Committee for AT LEAST 15 years and after all that time she still doesn't have a clue about what she is doing?
