It's curious how the news of this measure has spread very fast, but somehow a much scarier news from Russia is nowhere to be found in the English-language media. Namely, that's a rabidly fascist ant-Western thinker and strategist who has influenced Putin's worldview resulting in today's war, has been appointed the general director of Russia's largest state-owned TV Channel One. His name is Alexander Dugin and this appointment should scare the living crap out of anyone familiar with Dugin's writings and ideas. His main passion is information warfare, he rejects the existence of facts and objective reality, he considers free speech and individual rights a harmful Western invention, and he has already announced that he will fire any remaining "traitors" from Channel One, will personally interview everyone who works there, and will fill any resulting openings with members of his Eurasian Youth Union, the Russian version of German Hitlerjugend.
